Chris and I first met in the early 1980's as members of the POEU and our paths crossed many times over the years. In later years he helped my mother in law get the assistance at home that she badly needed. I last saw Chris at the Union Chapel where we had gone to hear Laura Cantrell and I will always remember his wonderful smile, and his fantastic laugh, he will be sorely missed and my thoughts are with his family.
